In my endeavor to create decorations that are meaningful, here are the latest book displays. (Thank you Pinterest)

In addition, I decided to use one of our past contests, modify it a bit, and bring it over to Summit.  It is the "Quotes of Love by Famous African-American Authors."  So the premise is simple; identify the authors of the quotes given.

The student and staff member with a perfect score will win a prize.  If there is more than one perfect score, there will be a drawing for the prize.  I only made 1 student and 1 staff prize.

To help the participants along, I created "hints."  These hints are on Twitter using #shslovequotes,

... and they were also posted around the perimeter of the library for those without a Twitter account.

In the end, I had 3 perfect staff scores and 6 perfect student scores.  As promised, I did have to draw names.
