Purpose

To be honest, I avoided blogging for the longest time because I assumed blogs were for experts.  Many of the early blogs I read included educators who presented at state and national conferences or who were published in some way.  I guess I felt a bit inadequate compared to those gurus.

Then I thought that maybe there were others just like me.  I challenge myself every day to be a positive influence on my campus while struggling with my role as a librarian in the 21st century. I feel as if I am a "beta version" of what I want to be; I am a work in progress because there is always room for improvement.
